Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ovix mobile application and coach web portal (the "Service"), operated by Ovix LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Ovix is a platform that connects fitness coaches with their clients for programming, check-ins, messaging, and progress tracking. Coaches are independent professionals — they are not employees or agents of Ovix, and Ovix does not supervise, direct, or control the coaching services they provide.

Not medical advice

Content in the Service, including programs and coach feedback, is for general fitness purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the Service and perform any exercise at your own risk.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Do not resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (workouts, messages, photos, voice check-ins, and, for coaches, programs and templates). You grant Ovix a limited license to host, store, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service — including sharing it with the coach or client you are connected to, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments

Any fees for coaching services are arranged between you and your coach unless otherwise stated in the app. Where Ovix offers paid subscriptions, pricing and billing terms are shown at purchase and handled through the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or its users at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovix LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of coaches or clients. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Ovix in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
